Early Education Funding, Fees and charges.
Fees vary depending on your child’s age and attendance pattern, so please get in touch to request a copy of our current fee structure for Little Angels Day Care and Heroes Out of School Club. We’re happy to talk through the options available and help you select the services that best suit your family’s needs.

Many families are also eligible for support with childcare costs. Below is an overview of the main funding schemes and financial support that may be available to you.
Early Education Funding
known as 15 and 30 hours
Depending on your child’s age and your family’s circumstances, you may be entitled to funded childcare hours from the term after your child turns 9 months. We offer all government-funded childcare routes, including funding linked to family circumstances and funded hours for working parents, commonly referred to as 15 or 30 hours, depending on eligibility. Funded places can be taken on either a term-time or stretched basis, allowing families to choose the option that best fits their needs.
In most cases, parents will need to apply for an eligibility code, and we are happy to guide you through this process. Once your eligibility is confirmed, our team will claim the funding on your behalf.

Tax-Free Childcare
& Employer Childcare Vouchers
We accept Tax-Free Childcare (TFC) as a payment option for eligible families and are happy to support you with getting set up if needed. For every £8 you pay into your Tax-Free Childcare account, the government adds £2, up to the current annual limit. Tax-Free Childcare can be used alongside funded childcare hours where applicable.

We also accept employer childcare vouchers for families who are already registered with a voucher scheme, as these schemes are now closed to new applicants.

Universal Credit & Support While Studying
Some families may be able to receive help with childcare costs through Universal Credit, which can contribute towards eligible childcare fees, subject to monthly limits. You can find out more here.
Support may also be available for parents who are studying, depending on their age, course, and funding route. We recommend speaking directly with your education provider, as additional support may be available, and you can find out more here.
Our team is always happy to talk this through with you and help point you in the right direction.
